RAT

We discovered that a rat had made its way aboard Dulcinea and was making itself at home. I'm not for killing wild life but the rat had to go so we set traps. The next night the sticky trap got the culprit while we were still awake and quite the ruckus ensued. Gerry trying to get it into a bag and Chris laughing hysterically at his  antics. Finally bagged it and tossed it overboard. We hoped he didn't have a family - he didn't but he did have a partner in crime and Lucy the cat dispatched him the next night. Guess the rat was on his way inside when she nabbed it. I felt sorry for the poor things until I discovered that they had completely ruined my new dive mask by chewing numerous holes in it. They had food all around them and chose to eat silicone. Maybe they're the same ones that ate huge holes in the rubber dinghy, making it worthless.

NEW BOAT

Message to Les - do not buy anything at the boat show, Chris has purchased this small cruiser. Sorry, about the photo quality. The blurry one shows the actual size of the boat, and the non-blurry one shows the actual size of Chris LOL.

Send money, she's having trouble topping up the fuel tank. So far, 2 tanker trucks full........
